Causes and solutions to the faults

1. The elastic rod does not touch the contact of the oblique spring. Loosen the screw of the elastic rod and rotate the elastic rod downward to touch the contact. Then rotate it to the appropriate position and tighten the screw to lock the elastic rod.
2. The power switch is not turned on. Turn on the power. Turn on the power switch and the indicator light is red.
3. The adjustment button (VOLTAGE) is at zero position, and the V meter pointer is also at zero position. The adjustment button rotates slowly clockwise, and the V meter pointer also rotates. The V meter pointer should stop at 6-10V.
4. The elastic rod touches the front spring contact. If it is too tight, it cannot start and may cause a power short circuit. Turn on the power switch and the indicator light will be green. There is no voltage. Loosen the screw of the elastic rod, loosen the elastic rod upward from the spring contact, and adjust the elastic rod to touch the contact again. Restart the power and change the elastic rod to the appropriate position.

5. Stopping the machine during operation: Often during operation, the power cord is pulled accidentally and unclear when leaving the joint position.
